We are always thrilled when we hear that our work has influenced other artists to make their own creations. We really enjoyed the work of Susel Castillo from Costa Rica who kindly shared her painting with us.
Susel decided to create her artwork based on an image of Chuck's that was displayed at the Museo Nacional in San Jose as part of our three person join exhibit on the hummingbirds of Costa Rica.
Chuck's original image is reproduced below so you can appreciate what a good job Susel has done with the reproduction in maintaining fidelity to the original work while at the same time using her creativity.
